Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MetaMora (“MetaMora,” “we”) handles personal information when you visit metamoracrm.com, apply for access, or use the MetaMora software. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Two kinds of information

• About you as our customer: what you give us when you apply, create an account, or subscribe, and how you use the Service. We decide how this is used, as described below.
• Your firm's records: the leads, sellers, buyers, notes, photos, and renders your firm puts into MetaMora (“Customer Data”). We process these only on your firm's behalf and instructions, to provide the Service. Your firm is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them and for answering requests from the people in them; we'll help where we can.

What we collect

• Application details: your name, business name, email, phone, markets, experience, and anything you tell us, so we can review your request.
• Account details: name, email, a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), role, and firm.
• Billing details: your plan and billing history. Card details go directly to Stripe; we see only limited information such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Usage and security information: sign-ins, security events (such as team and permission changes), and technical logs like IP address and browser type, used to keep accounts secure and the Service working.

How we use it

• To review applications, run your account, and provide and improve the Service.
• To process payments and send service messages such as sign-up links, receipts, renewal reminders, and security notices.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run MetaMora, under their terms and only as needed:

• Hosting and file storage (Vercel) and our database provider (Turso), which store the Service and Customer Data.
• Stripe, for payments and subscriptions.
• AI image providers (OpenAI, and Stability AI if your firm uses it), which receive the photo and instructions for a render only when someone on your team requests one.
• Postmark, which sends email your team sends from the Service and receives replies to it.
• OpenAI, which receives an incoming reply, the earlier messages in that conversation, and the contact's CRM details (such as their buy box or lead notes) to draft a suggested answer. Drafts are never sent without a person approving them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the Service needs: one keeps you signed in, and others remember display preferences such as how a list is sorted. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and Customer Data while your firm uses MetaMora. After a trial or subscription ends, we keep it for 90 days so you can return, then delete it, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons. Applications that aren't approved are deleted within 12 months.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sign-in sessions are stored as one-way hashes, data is encrypted in transit, each firm's records are kept separate, and access within a firm is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details in Settings. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or for a copy of your firm's data, by emailing josiahfuentes33@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll respond as those laws require and won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

MetaMora is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 18.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date above. For material changes, we'll notify account owners in advance.
